Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
These Terms govern your use of FanbaseSocial ("FBS", "the site"). FanbaseSocial is a dual social site: make a profile to socialize with friends, or build your own fanbase for a talent, business, or any profession. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who runs FanbaseSocial
FanbaseSocial is operated by its founder, Shyrone Smith, of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Questions about these Terms can be sent to the site operator through a message on FanbaseSocial.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use FanbaseSocial. You pick a unique @handle; handles are first-come, first-served and may not impersonate another person, brand, or public figure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything posted from your account.
3. Your content
You own what you post — your words, beats, podcast episodes, videos, and productions. By posting on FanbaseSocial, you give FanbaseSocial a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the site itself (including in feeds, profession pages, walls, and the Theater) so the site can work. You can delete your own posts at any time, which ends that license for future display. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
4. Private conversations
Base Call direct messages are private to the two people in the conversation. FanbaseSocial does not read private messages, and does not sell or share them. Public posts, comments, and profession pages are visible to other users by design.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use FanbaseSocial to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone; to post hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content involving minors; to break the law; to spam, scam, or phish; or to upload malware or content that infringes someone else's rights. FanbaseSocial may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without warning, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.
6. Fanbases, professions, and the Theater
Profession pages, fan counts, and directories reflect what users choose to share. FanbaseSocial does not verify professional credentials and does not guarantee followers, fans, income, or exposure. Theater uploads must be your own work or work you have permission to share; you are responsible for clearing any music, footage, or likeness in your productions.
7. The service "as is"
FanbaseSocial is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the site up and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for lost content, lost followers, or indirect damages. Upload caps and features may change as the site grows.
8. Ending your account
You may stop using FanbaseSocial at any time. To request deletion of your account and content, message the site operator on FanbaseSocial. FanbaseSocial may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
These Terms may change as FanbaseSocial grows. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
